Extensis Suitcase for Windows, a useful tool from Extensis for effective font management, can be ideally used as an add-on feature in QuarkXpress, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign, for optimizing the type of industrial-strength font management that is used by the users of Windows operating system.
With Extensis Suitcase for Windows, it is easier for the Designer or Copywriter to have the exact version of the font selected across the content, thus making the total design look compact, pleasing and complete in all respects. By ensuring that the appropriate fonts with required strength are used at the appropriate places, the user experience will get enhanced, as he or she need not get bogged down due to potential font wrecks, or absence of substitutes for the fonts used in the content.
The tool ensures that the content, in its entirety, is displayed in the page and thus provides the confidence and fluency for the applications developed, without having to worry about the mismatch of font at the user’s end.
Another interesting aspect with this software is that only the required fonts are activated when a document is opened and such fonts are de-activated when the document is closed. |
